Furtho Manor Farm is a family run working sheep and arable farm.  As farming practices have changed our buildings have been converted to create new activities on the farm.

In the late 1990's the courtyard opposite the farmhouse was re-built in to offices after a farm fire which nearly destroyed them.

Then after ceasing milking cows in 2012 other buildings became storage units and we excitingly started to hold wedding receptions.  During the winter we lambed sheep in the barn and then cleaned it up to host weddings in the summer. 

Now the barn is  rural wedding location with weddings in it all year round.

We have now been running a wedding venue in Milton Keynes since June 2011.

Despite being just a 10 minute drive outside of Milton Keynes, at Furtho Manor Farm you will feel miles away.

The Venue is amazing! The gallery on website does not do it justice. From the picturesque entrance that leads to the venue, you can’t go wrong with Furtho. The venue and surroundings is quirky, not to mention there are two beautiful cherry trees outside the barn with the juiciest cherry’s. The setting is truly stunning!

Linda and her husband were amazing hosts. They made sure that everything ran smoothly and were both very accommodating. Weddings are very stressful to say the least, everything becomes hectic before you say your vows. Linda and Robin helped ease that stress by taking responsibilities on that were not their responsibility and would be that of a wedding planner! Breakfast was lovely, venue a large gem, communication was great, personal touch made this a very good choice indeed. I can’t thank them both enough for providing such a great service! Everyone said the day was magical, it’s just that kind of place where the setting is perfect and has much variety. So grateful Linda and Robin!

I’ve been avoiding putting this up for too long as it’s like I’m closing a book on a really good chapter! Linda and Robin are just fabulous! Without even meeting them, we felt that the website provided us with real life info. Seeing the venue pretty much sold itself, but then we were blessed with Robon’s witty, dry and sarcastic humour - felt an instant connection. Linda then provided us with all the paper work we needed and for the next 18 months I must have asked the most ridiculous questions and not once was there any hesitation or judgement!
Our day was amazing, but the next day to hear about how Robin and Linda went out of their way for our guests and other ‘above and beyond’ situations that made our day even more special, we couldn’t be more grateful.
Highly recommend the venue, the views, the B&B, the team, the lot! They are fab!!!!!

Had our wedding at Furtho this past weekend. We had the best day and honestly can’t thank Linda & Robin enough for it. The farm is so stunning, everybody complimented it. Even in the rain it was a beautiful day. Thank you to Linda and Robin for all their support. We were able to stay in the gorgeous farm house with lovely clean, spacious rooms for all the bridal party to get ready in. Also breakfast was amazing so thank you for that too! We couldn’t have asked for a better day and we couldn’t have done it without all your help and your lovely venue.

I was looking for somewhere to stay in Milton Keynes as I was working.

I came across this place as the price was very good and from the pictures looked nice

When I got here the pictures did not do this place justice, the rooms are immaculate! The views are breathtakingly stunning and the service I got every morning for Breakfast was speedy and tasteful to set me up for my day!

I would recommend people to stay here I can't praise it enough!

We just had our wedding at Furtho manor farm and it really was the most incredible venue.
Linda and robin went so above and beyond for us , and you both really made the wedding. You are the most genuine, kind and helpful people and I would have been so lost without you. The house was incredible, breakfast and accommodation was faultless- the barn was everything we dreamed off!

We had our wedding here on the 5th October 2024 and didn’t need much time to think about booking Furtho after our first viewing last year. The venue just wow, so much space, stunning scenery with the beautiful drive down, the gazebo on the lake and stunning old church on site. Furtho is a place you can truly make your own from the design to suppliers, the options are endless. Linda and Robin have been fantastic though the whole journey, there is no idea or suggestion that can’t be worked out and it’s quite amazing how they do all that they do, whilst still being so relaxed and lovely. The venue is exclusive use for weddings so you get the rooms on site too which are spacious and well kept, Robin does a cracking brekkie too!
I would not hesitate to suggest this venue for weddings or events.

We had a small wedding of 30 guests and wanted a relaxed/chilled day with close family and friends... Boy Linda and Robin did not disappoint with meeting our needs! Such a beautiful location with our ceremony down on the lake and a gorgeous 13th century church and dovecote which made for beautiful backdrops for photos. They offer some recommended companies but will also accommodate any company you wish to use. Linda really goes above and beyond from answering any questions you can think off, to looking after you the morning of your wedding and even coordinating with the registrars for pre wedding interviews all the way through to the breakfast the morning after (which was fantastic! ) Robin and Linda try to stay out your way on your big day but I assure you they are running round in the background to make sure everything's runs smoothly! We couldn’t have picked a better place to have our wedding day than Furtho Manor Farm. It’s a complete blank canvas so you can make it your own and really get creative. We would definitely recommend!
